If you summarise the left as social status at the expense of others (as opposed to the right's social status at the expense of others), you have an essay in 5 minutes. with total conformance to what your lecturers/tutors hope for.

Once considered one of the blander-looking planets, Uranus is now revealed as a dynamic world with the brightest clouds in the outer solar system and a fragile ring system that wobbles like an unbalanced wagon wheel. The clouds are probably made of crystals of methane, which condense as warm bubbles of gas well up from deep in the planet's atmosphere.

Absolutely. There was totally no sense of surprise or unveiling in it. I fail to see how anyone could not have predicted that the hairy fella was sat at a set of drums. My only reaction was "Oh. Thought so". The only thing of note was the realism of the Gorilla, really.

The Back Story: In 1966 Joseph Weizenbaum at M.I.T. wrote ELIZA, a famous program that simulates a Rogerian psychoanalyst by taking excerpts from the subject's comments and posing questions back to the subject. While not a giant leap in AI programming, ELIZA (named after Eliza Dolittle in My Fair Lady) showed that some semblance of 'awareness' could be synthesized simply by using input pattern recognition, combined with predefined phrases. Some people claim that ELIZA was the first program to pass the Turing Test, fooling subjects into thinking it was an actual person.
Enter AOLiza: Using a publicly available Perl version of ELIZA, a Mac with nothing better to do than play psychoanalyst, a few applescripts, and an AOL Instant Messenger account that has a high rate of 'random' people trying to start conversations, I put ELIZA in touch with the real world. Every few days I'll put up the latest 'patients.' Names have been changed to protect the... well, everyone.

No way. The changes in momentum are simply not possible, especially some of the rates of change in momentum. Nor are some of the turns against the axis of thrust of the two rotors. There is no way that is in any way real. Come on, upside down flying into a flip over the tail rotor?
Just what bit of the helicopter created the momentum or thrust to produce that?
